We are looking for volunteers for our programs and just general help around the barn while lessons are being held.

Most volunteers with no horse experience do things like sweeping the floors, cleaning the bathroom, sweeping down cobwebs, cleaning water buckets, helping with stall mucking, poop patrol, etc.

Volunteers with horse experience get evaluated on how much experience and help out in various ways.

You would need to have a parent or guardian (if under 18)available for paperwork signing initially. And as long as you are 16 or older you don't need one to stay with you. 

If you would like to donate to Solly Stables we have several ways you can help.

We are always in need of supplies such as 75ft, 100ft water hoses, two wheeled-wheel barrows, rakes, pitch forks, corn bristle brooms, empty 5 gallon water containers (like those for water fountains, we use them to transport water to the turnouts so our horses have water), bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap for scrubbing horses water buckets, trash bags, cat food and other items.
